Welcome to IDEA’s first “mini-Inner IDEA” preconference 1-day experience, intended to give you a taste of the full Inner IDEA event—a mindful multidimensional exploration of wellness. After an experiential opening address on the art of living in the present moment, you will be able to participate in three body-mind education tracks—Gyrotonic® exercises, yoga and Pilates—offered in three separate time periods (you can stay with one track for all three or jump back and forth). The day will culminate with an inspiring tai chi experience. Note: This preconference session is designed to create an immersion experience of body-mind modalities, in a distinctly different environment than the rest of the IDEA World Fitness Convention. (Participation is limited to 150 people.)
