Do you over train, work hard enough or just plateau? Interval training helps to structure workouts and get the required results in an achievable timeframe. In this workshop, we explore how to tailor workouts correctly with periodization, recovery ratios and power blocks. Theory then becomes practice as we ride our challenging interval session.
Cyclists are prone to muscular tightness due to riding in a fixed position with limited range of motion for extended periods of time. In addition, riding bikes that aren’t a perfect fit make a stretching program more of a necessity. This workshop includes a complete ride, with interval and steady state drills and musical coaching. Then to finish it off, you will experience a variety of effective stretching techniques that feature the foam roller!
