Join this dynamic duo, both former collegiate cheerleaders, to learn the secret to cardio, conditioning and core the cheerleader way. Combine funky dance routines, jumps, plyometrics, unique partner strength moves, dynamic balance challenges straight from stunt camp, and a flexibility segment sure to leave you ready to do the splits. No experience required! Short skirts optional.
