Join us for an enlightening workshop that will provide plenty of new challenges for your students and clients. Learn to create high-energy, athletic workouts using the BOSU® Balance Trainer, BOSU® Soft Fitness Balls and weighted stability balls. Whether you own one piece or all three pieces of equipment, you will take away several exercise progressions for enhanced power torso training, dynamic flexibility, core strength, shoulder stability, proprioceptive skills and hand-eye coordination.
