With a special focus on interval and circuit training, this workshop combines creative stability ball exercises with high-intensity step choreography. Come to this multilevel class as we discuss the benefits and physiological response of interval and circuit training, as well as techniques for overcoming training plateaus and boredom with a variety of challenging movements and fun step progressions.
