421: Athletic Strength for Kids in Sports

Learn how to best prepare kids for sports at different stages of their growth and maturation. These strength exercises challenge the body’s neural “software” programming and structural strength to build stronger and smarter muscles. This workshop includes theory, live demonstration and hands-on experience. Following this workshop, you will be better able to prescribe whole-body, multijoint lifts, as well as stability and power exercises using a variety of strength-related apparatus.
