235: Are You Ready to Zumba®?

Zumba is the fitness phenomenon that is taking the world by storm! It is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness experience! The routines feature aerobic fitness with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps.
