It can be a significant form of training for amateur and professional athletes, active boomers who want to step up their training without the impact associated with many forms of land training and former swimmers who want an intensified workout. Learn how to create programming that is a step above the familiar—and watch their fitness take a new direction. This special preconference session truly has something for everyone. First, you will learn the basics as they pertain to the properties of water and how they are utilized for effective training. Next, you will learn a simple system for developing classes that will challenge a wide variety of participants. Finally, you will have the opportunity to put this newly acquired information to the test. Beware! This is not aquatic dance…it is water fitness!
