2007 IDEA World Fitness Convention


The IDEA World Fitness Convention has always been an event that moves fitness professionals to the depths of their hearts and inspires their passion to help others. This year's gathering was just that and more. With over 7,000 people from over 50 countries, we came together to learn, grow and set new directions for the future.

Experience how kids and teens can have fun staying fit with special programming on GTS®. Featuring two exciting, age-specific 30-minute resistance training workouts—Secret Circuit for ages 7–11 and Sports Circuit for ages 12–15. Secret Circuit uses an interactive card game to engage kids’ interest and teach them about the location and function of muscle groups and exercise movements. Sports Circuit focuses on team play and the desire to achieve personal bests, linking exercises to sports activities with both strength and endurance challenges.
