MARY BRATCHER, MA, is a certified life coach and co-owner of The BioMechanics in San Diego, California. She holds a master’s degree in psychology, and for over a decade has used principles from psychology and life coaching to help people develop better strategies for dealing with life’s demands. ROBERT CAPPUCCIO is a co-founder of PTA Global, an international personal trainer education company. MICHOL DALCOURT is an educator, trainer, inventor, industry leader in human movement and performance training. He is the author of numerous articles on human design and function, the creator of a series of performance videos and the developer of an athletic model for high-performance training. JAY DAWES, MS, is the director of education for the National Strength and Conditioning Association in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he is also an assistant coach at NSCA’s Human Performance Center. TODD DURKIN, MA, owns Fitness Quest 10 and Todd Durkin Enterprises. He is a human performance specialist who trains dozens of elite, high-profile NFL and MLB athletes and is the head of the Under Armour® Performance Training Council. DOUG GRAY is the director of the Gray Institute for Functional Transformation (GIFT). Through his father, Gary Gray, Doug has spent his entire life studying, experiencing and teaching applied functional science.
