IDEA Business and Program Director Members receive the discounted member price on three registrations for the conference and preconference workshops. Please indicate the name and number under which the membership is listed. Do not use the business number when submitting session selections. Cancellation Policy
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed – Register Risk Free
If you attended an IDEA conference, but were not satisfied, you may receive a complete refund. To request a refund it must be in writing, please state what the issue was.
We've made it easier to switch names on event registrations at no charge—If you can’t make it, you may send your colleague in your place by contacting IDEA member services at least 7 days prior to the event, subject to increase based on member status. However, we cannot refund unused event registrations after the event has taken place.
For a refund of event fees:
- If we receive your cancellation 31 days prior to an event, the administrative processing fee is $50.
- If we receive your cancellation within 30 days of the event, the administrative processing fee is $100.
- Or you can cancel at any time prior to the event and a credit will be issued to you for the amount paid that can be used towards another IDEA upcoming event with no penalty to you.
International attendees can submit event registration fees via wire transfer. Complete the registration form, fax it to IDEA and wire transfer your payment. Please contact member services at 858.535.8979, ext. 7, or by e-mail at member@ideafit.com for IDEA’s wire transfer bank account information.

Reminder: Sessions will be held at both the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Hotel and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. The facilities are connected via a covered sky bridge.Registration and Fusion Product Showcase will be in the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

Hotel Reservations
Special prices for convention attendees only. Mention that you are an IDEA attendee to receive the discounted rates. Reservations received after the cutoff date will be at the prevailing rack rate and based on availability. A reservation fee of one night’s room revenue is due and payable to the hotel for failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 4:00pm CST on the guest’s arrival date.
FREE Airport Shuttle (For Hyatt guests only!)
A free shuttle to the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Hotel from O’Hare International is available at the O’Hare Airport Transportation Center. Follow the signs from baggage claim to the Transportation Center, Door #1. Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes.
