My TRX came in the mail a few weeks before the wedding! Now that the wedding madness is done, i had time to take my TRX course "TRX Essentials for Personal Trainers" and I LOVED it! I can't wait to apply everything i learned when my clients come this week! Let the good times roll!! I am really excited for Atomic Push Ups!
