The only way to know the accurate calories that you are actually burning on any cardio machine like the Curve, the elliptical trainer, row machine, or bike is to wear a heart rate monitor with a chest strap. It actually reads the accurate number of calories you are burning. Do you realize most cardio machines over estimate the calories burned by 30 to 40%? A machine will estimate calories burned based on a 150 pound person if you press quick start. In addition, even if you put in your own weight, the machine is off.
Treadmills provide a fantastic form of cardio-based exercise for individuals looking to work out in a time and space that suits their schedule. Using a treadmill can be more forgiving on the joints than running across asphalt or pavement, and the variety of treadmills that are available range from small models that barely take up the corner of a living room, to advanced machines that carefully keep track of the user’s vitals.

Have your attention? Good. The best fat burning exercise changes from person to person. The best fat burning exercise is something you're no good at (for me it's burpees burpees) .Cause the more efficient or the easier the exercise is for you, the less fat you will burn. 30 min of treadmill walking doesn't cut it. Please try something different today
Your waistline will thank you.
Bored with your training? Stalled progress? Take these 3 tips and bust through your plateau.
1. Instead of reps, do exercise for time. Do had many reps for 30 seconds instead of pumping out your usual 12.
2. Change your exercise order. Do bicep curls before your chin up. Or reverse the order of your training.
3. Use a different tool. Do dumbbell presses instead of barbell. Use a medicine ball for your core training. Use the bike instead of the treadmill. Anything to keep your body guessing.
HIIT involves alternating brief bouts of cardio ( 30 sec - 3 min) of high intensity with a rest or a recovery period. Anything can be used from a treadmill, bodyweight, bike to a rowing machine. Now this is not just for the super fit. Anyone can do this if you follow these 3 guidelines.

Justin's family and mine have been really good friends for many years, a friendship that's more like some family you get to choose, which is how I earned the affectionate title as Justin's aunt Rachel.
