Living “bodyrite” has become a common household phrase in the BodyRite community. My clients know that I am all about lifestyle and “walking the code” as I call it.  I spend the majority of my speak time during training sessions with clients talking about nutrition, metabolism and wellness…for the long haul.  Functional fitness is my passion, but it is the science of food that can heal people from within.  

New Program!!!

Get Fit For Summer!!  This 8 week nutrition and fitness program includes an optional 14 day detoxification ($99 additional cost) online food and nutrient logging, 1 nutrition coaching session per week, and an opportunity for 5 fitness classes per week.  Classes are 45 minutes and include weight training sessions, metobolic workouts, and heart rate monitored cardiovascular classes. Men do Pilates too

Many men seem to assume that only women and older folks benefit from Pilates. Men hesitate to join in and instead stand on the sidelines with that curious look on their faces, perhaps asking themselves:

We take for granted too often the people who are apart of our lives. I know I've been guilty of that. There are people who are there for a moment, others a season, and some for a lifetime. For each person who comes into your life whether it was a good or bad experience--YOU choose to learn from it and GROW! BUT if a relationship is causing the life you have to be snuffed, suffocated, strangled, or harmed in anyway--do NOT stick around hoping for it to get better!

Functional Fitness Classes.... What is that??? Functional fitness is nothing new, really, it's just basic calisthenic style exercises that help to improve strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, stimulate brain memory, create happy hormones for improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety, and aid in fall prevention, reduce injuries, and identify signs of dehydration... and this is just a few of what my LIFT 2 THRIVE Super Seniors learn about in my on going classes.
