Exercise is important at any age. But no matter how active your lifestyle, there will be times when sitting still is your only option. When you take a long flight, you are potentially staying seated in the same position for eight or more hours.

During this busy time of the year when your exercise get pushed to the background do these 3 moves to help stay in shape and to feel less guilty.
1. Wall squats- 30 seconds -1 min- Works on your leg and your mental toughness.

There’s a constant focus on what is new, flashy and trendy. For example. P90X, Insanity, Zumba, Shake weight. Just kidding on the shake weight. Still wanted to see if you were still reading.
And, to a certain extent, that’s fine. But in pursuing the new, the cutting-edge and the fresh, we can sometimes overlook the basics.

When thinking of ways to build up and give some shape to our calves, we must think of how they are typically “built” from a genetic standpoint on most of us. You see, the majority of us have a lot of slow twitch muscle fibers down there as they must endure a lot of walking around all day and those slow twitch muscles do not respond to growth very well (size).
PLEASE READ IF YOU FIND IT HARD TO MAKE TIME FOR EXERCISE.
We are bombarded by the media constantly with the latest in diet and exercise fads. They all promise great results, and for a time they... may just do that. But are you going to stick with this for the next six months? For a year?
Start with 6 lunge jumps then go straight into 6 squat jumps. The go straight into 7 lunge jumps( start with the opposite foot forward) then 7 squat jumps. Then 8, 9, 10 without rest. Keep going till you cannot jump no more. My record is 13. Beat that and let me know.
