Doing your research...

Hi everyone. Today I want to quickly write about doing your research. As I have stated before, there are so many sources of information out there in magazines, websites, or even from others in regards to health and fitness. Some of these are trusted companies/people and others are bogus. Today I read an article on a trusted nutrition company’s website about how bad dairy is for you and how you should cut it out completely from your diet (PSA: don’t do this unless prescribed from your doctor or registered dietician).
