Oooh la la, I have about 10 minutes to get over to my BOSU Block Party. I just finished Kari Anderson's hi/lo class and she is still the queen of choreography and dance. I almost felt clever once or twice! Time to go to the last event for the day, but I'll give a full rundown of this afternoon's excitement in the morning.
