NO SPACE, NO TIME, NO PROBLEM

Life is complicated, but your exercise shouldn’t be. I’m a big believer inkeeping it simple.

Novel cardio training

The dreaded “C” word, cardiovascular exercise or cardio for short. This is often done as part of some resolution you’ve made around New Years to lose weight. Or punishment for that juicy hamburger you ate last night.Did you really need that extra serving of fries? Come on, you know that answer.

NEED A LITTLE HELP???

Need a little help? Here are 6 ways to lose some fat. Number 6 is not my favorite but the first 5 are great advice.http://authoritynutrition.com/6-proven-ways-to-lose-belly-fat/

THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR EXERCISE ROUTINE IS..........

i'm not going to leave you in suspense. It's the warm up. It's often the most neglected part of anybody's training routine.  The purpose of the warm up is too take the blood which is surrounding your vital organs and push it to your extremities, being your arms and legs. No 5 minutes on the treadmill doesn't count.  Another purpose of the warm is too strengthen our weakness/muscle imbalances.

Fitness world is changing

You either move forward or get left behind. This is true in the world of fitness. The way fitness is being delivered is evolving. In the “olden days” you use to pop a Jane Fonda VCR tape in and boogie, or go the nearest health club to get physical. Do you remember those leg warmers and leotard days?  Sends a shiver up my spine.

3 EXERCISES YOU CAN DO AT HOME EVERYDAY

During this busy time of the year when your exercise get pushed to the background do these 3 moves to help stay in shape and to feel less guilty. 1. Wall squats- 30 seconds -1 min- Works on your leg and your mental toughness.

Great advice

There are no good diets. The word ‘diet’ signifies a beginning and an end.
