CrossCore® is attending the IDEA World Fitness Convention July 5-7 in San Diego, CA. Lots of things are planned like CrossCore® demonstrations as well as Spinning®, Peak Pilates®, and Bodyblade® sessions. The Barholics Calisthenics team will also be making special appearances and will put on an amazing show that you don’t want to miss. CrossCore will have a 20’ x 20’ booth next to our friends at Mad Dogg Athletics. We really want to create an exciting environment this year so please come and visit us and have a blast.

CrossCore® Training and Education Program™ is coming to a Host Facility near you. This six hour course teaches you the basic fundamentals of Rotational Bodyweight Training™ which you will be able to apply in achieving your own fitness goals or passing on your knowledge to help your clients achieve theirs. CrossCore® TEP™ is approved by both NASM and ISSA.

What is a Host Facility?CrossCore® Host Facilities are specially selected locations that are certified tohost CrossCore® RBT™ Courses where members of that facility and members ofthe general public pay to attend the course. Attendees of the CrossCore® RBT™Courses receive a Certificate of Completion verifying their attendance, and maythen teach their own CrossCore® oriented classes generating their own revenuefrom such classes.
