MID-DAY CUP OF MOTIVATION: Think of one thing that you can be grateful for? Let's choose to use our thoughts + words to appreciate (raise in value) those things that are around us today. It's easy to complain, but it take a strong + committed mind to be thankful.

Self Motivated

Self motivation is like a muscle, it needs exercise to keep strong and in good shape. If you fail to exercise a muscle it will gradually atrophy until it becomes completely useless.  

Stronger than you are!

Accept what is as if you had chosen it, and avoid creating stories and hypothetical outcomes that don't exist.
