Ok, so this morning my oldest daughter (9yrs) asked me a question, "Daddy, is your new fitness job going to give us more premium time then the last one?" I had a long pause, looked her eye to eye and said "yes" sweetie.
What was I thinking, in my mind I had it set to work longer and harder to make a good living for my family, but in the end the most important thing to her and other siblings is/was daddy time.
I am reminded of the motto I share with trainers, friends, etc. Family, Faith and Fitness, time to swallow the pill I prescribe, with gladness and pleasure.

MORNING CUP OF MOTIVATION:
Don't focus on things you can not change. Let's focus on ONE thing today, that we can improve. Stay right there. And if YOU or anybody else asks, just say:
"Thank YOU, I'm working on that! " Keep it short. Keep it moving. That's the business--Building YOU.

In my fitness, health and wellness journey I continue to strive to be more efficient in my craft and postion my clients for success in their goals for fitness and life. I am embarking in a new journey that has come degree of certainty and a bit of uncertainty :-) But through faith it will be incredible, will keep you posted!!

Ok, today is not the motivational nuggets I enjoy sharing. Today started out with minimal rest and sleep, so suffice to say my mood was not a great way to start the day. But a funny thing happened, I went to My Cancer Wellnes Center to lead out my patient/clietns in our bi weekly group exercise classes. Midway through my first of two classes I was overcome with inspiration, just looking at them not just attempt to, but work hard removing all obstacle and barrier that have come their way.
