The National Posture Institute will be releasing its first Exercise Video Series, hosted by Ken Baldwin, Assistant Professor and and Recipient of IDEA’s National Personal Trainer of the Year Award in November-2011. The video series will feature Strength-Resistance, Flexibility, and Cardiovascular Training analysis and performance.
