I don't believe you need a special certification which allows you to do online training. You can always contact any of the organizations that offer certifications and check with them. You also need to have in place a waiver and also you and your trainers should be covered by liability insurance. Also, I hope you have a protocol in place when hiring a trainer to make sure he/she is qualified to do any type of training.
