Its a reality show based on an ex-pagent queen's girly personal training studio in the Boston area. Susan, I have to agree with you, unprofessional indeed! If you like drama this is the 'show' to watch.

I've seen it, used to watch it, and have even been in contact with some of the cast via Twitter.
I think it's a poor representation of all involved. The show used to air at 9 pm, but, due to content, it had to be moved to midnight. I just thought it was horrible all around as far as business, fitness, and acceptable conduct.
