Why is Jazzercise not included in your senior fitness programs?
Why is Jazzercise not considered in your senior programs? They have trained/certified instructors and offer "low-impact" options in each class? Curves is merely machines and boring. Jazzercise offers aerobics, weight training and stretching. Please consider Jazzercise as an option for prevention fitness for us seniors!

Dear Julie,
am I correct in assuming that you are not a fitnes professional but an eager participant in group fitness?
If that is so, then you may need to take this question to the management of the club to which you belong. There are some clubs in the US that offer 'Jazzercise Lite' and target this format for seniors. Whether an individual club offers such classes may also depend on instructor availability, and, I believe, a club nees to be licensed to have those classes at their facility.

Hi Julie. I agree with Karin that program offering decisions are often made by club management and could be based on something as 'simple' as their not having an instructor that can teach a certain type of class. Ask the Fitness Director at your club to see what they say.
Good luck!
