That's a great question, Ron! So great, in fact, that I feel it's hard to give a definitive answer. However, I do agree with Jason that "it is important to have a prescence on all 3 networks."
Rather than focus all of your attention on one social media outlet, have you considered using each one in the ways best to that specific outlet? Also, have you ever read any of Michael Hyatt's work?
Michael Hyatt (speaker/writer/consultant) has an awesome blog that contains multiple posts addressing your question (http://michaelhyatt.com/category/social-media). I've learned a lot about social media/content development/marketing best practices/etc. from what I've read of his. Hyatt's book, "Platform: Get Noticed in a Noisy World," is written in an incredibly user-friendly way and was one of the first books I read on the subject of marketing in the digital world. I'd recommend you check it out if you've got the time. Here's a non-affiliate link to more info on the book from his website: http://michaelhyatt.com/platform
Hyatt's blog and his book have definitely helped me strategize ways to market myself and my business specific to the products and services I offer. Additionally, I feel like he's taught me so much on how to maximize my impact using the various social media outlets available.
Let me know if you'd like some other author recommendations - I'd be happy to provide those. Although I might not have specifically answered your question, hopefully I've given you a new lead or two that can help. Best of luck!

I think it is important to have a presence on all 3 networks but I would have to say that Facebook should be the focal point. Followed by Twitter and then Pinterest.

Great advice by Michael! Without reading what Michael suggested resources, I have put equal time in all three outlets, but have found the best traffic source so far by LinkedIn then followed by facebook.

Thanks, Lawrence. Always happy to help!
