plank, to side plank, back to plank, then to other side plank...repeat. They love to hate it

I agree with the planks but we do them on a TRX. The burpees are great too and we add in hip ab/adduction while in the plank to get another plane of movement. Another favorite is shuttle runs/suicides.

Is there such a thing? I guess it'll vary with the group....I think for overall conditioning and feeling of satisfaction, our clients most enjoy:

-burpees
-variety of stationary and jump squats (think leap frog:)
-anything animal related: bear crawl, snake slide, inchworms.
-running and sprinting (both competitive and non-)
