Responding to allergic reactions are part of one's first aid training. I suggest that you follow the procedure outlined in your first aid manual.

As Joanne stated, follow the procedure in your first aid manual. If the client should start to have difficulty breathing or swallowing, call 911 IMMEDIATELY, they may be experiencing a life threatening allergic reaction.
