personally, I would just go with a name that is all-encompassing such as Kina's Personal Training or a reference to your location.
Even though your interest lies in training women and athletes, I would not pick a name that is limiting in its title. Maybe one day down the road, you develop an interest in working with seniors. The name of your business may be a deterrent to potential clients then.

Also think about one day when you may want to sell your business, something all-encompassing is great but maybe without your personal name it? I personally like using action or call to words. Good Luck!

Good answers. Keep it short--one or two words, three at the most. Lisa's comment is important. If you want to expand your business at some point, a business name that coincides is crucial.
