What kind of remedies do you recommend for this feeling pain when walking downstairs? It's so common. Researching now...
Client feels pain when going down the stairs. Told him to back off running until knee is better and to try another form of cardio, such as the bike for non impact. He is feeling down b/c he can't seem to get his cardio up other than with running, Arc Trainer, Elliptical, etc.
Possibly suggest he turns sideways when going downstairs.
Foam rolling and strengthening his quads/hamstrings would be great.
He should get his knee checked out by a doc also.
