What is your opinion on low reps (3) for women who want to maximize relitive strength?
I am training some of women clients using low reps and high sets to maximize neuronal adaption and minimize hypertrophy. So far results have been encouraging and I am curious of your opinion towards this training approach? Would you recommend an alternative approach to achieve this goal?
If you are dong super heavy weight work only, they will gain strength but not necessarily endurance
I tend to mix them up, both are important.

In terms of minimizing hypertrophy, women have much less testosterone then men, and therefore hypertrophy is a little harder to achieve anyway. Other factors such as genetics come in to play, so every individual is different in how they will look. I'm sure you will get numerous responses that are different here...sometimes there are many paths to the same goal.
