My favorite has to be my shoes. I always pay special attention to my shoes. I have quite a few different pair now, and they correspond to my various activities. Its a "the right tool for the right job" kinda thing I guess. Moisture wicking on everything else.

If I am in my studio and nobody can see me ..... all bets are off. Whatever is comfortable.

In view from the outside world, I love yoga type pants and well-fitting tops that look professional. I LOVE to work out barefoot and do so whenever possible.

Hello Monica,
I go for comfort and less fashion/style.

I also asked a few questions regarding apparel:

Any quality garment that wicks sweat away from my body and appears to be dry.

Next on my list would have to be really good socks and quality sneakers.

Pretty much the same as Joanne: quality, well-designed, attractive, well-performing, properly fitting attire is a must i.e., you won't find me in an oversized sloppy regular T-shirt and ripped shorts:)

The greatest thing about being a guy is that no one expects you to be in "high fashion." I always watch what I wear to a session by making sure that it's conservative. I like to wear what's comfortable. I also think that being a personal trainer, people sort of expect you to be wearing "snug" clothes. I wear some "snug" yet conservative shirts and knee-length shorts. Being able to sort of .. show.. that you practice what you preach is always good, but you can't be intimidating. In general, I dress for comfort, support, and neatness.

Monica my favorite can change depending on many variables, the weather, the exercise, the newness of the apparel. I used to love Lululemon shorts, sports bras, and pants but they are too trendy now, and way expensive. I have found some great things at Lucy's, on sale. I am often gifted Nike running wear and that too can become something I love to wear. Something fresh and styled for my body usually becomes pop with me. New running shoes always seems to please.

I like the look and quality of most Nike finess apparel. I try and find good name brand clothing/ shoes on sale at Ross/Marshall's ect. We should portray an image that is professional.
