I'm a tournament tennis player. Love the game! I'd have to rate this as my favorite.

Cycling. I can't do many of the activities I used to because of some foot problems, but cycling offers me the opportunity to work hard while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.
I'm curious what foot problems you have? Have you ever had a gait analysis?

Walking my dog - hands down: being outside and having great company :-)
Way back I considered myself a Squash player - I could be found on the court almost every day of the week and did not miss a tournament anywhere in driving distance. These were the good old days - and now I have good new days :-)

All good! Have you ever considered coaching kids?

Honesty is very important in that regard. There is nothing worse then people working with a population they don't want to work with. There is a huge market for dog care and training.

I love putting on my Kangoo Jumps going into Central Park and dancing on my Kangoo Jumps. This brings me joy.
Before Kangoo Jumps, I was an avid skater (quads. don't like roller blades). Kangoo Jumps allow me to move the way that I love to move without the fear of falling.

Love it!!! I still haven't tried them yet but can't wait to.

As a a tournament tennis player I would recommend that you do stability training in conjunction with tennis. Yoga is good for stability and mental focus. Rock On and thanks for answering.

Mountain biking for sure. Nothing better than getting out in nature, exploring some new trails, and getting a workout in all at the same time!

Outside of the gym? Geocaching. I love the chance to be out in the woods and the hobby takes me to places I might never have known about or seen otherwise. Depending on the terrain, it can be quite the workout too!

I know my answer should be something like running marathons, or bike riding. In the past it would have been. I am a mom now, and honestly, my favorite physical activity is getting on the floor and playing with my son all day. One of his favorite things is when I put him on my legs and do reverse curls. I always encourage my clients with little kids, and not enough time to do things like this to burn calories! If there kids are anything like my son, they will burn alot!
