I know you mean "What do WE believe the trend will be?", and there are many promising trends everywhere. I believe that based on this years trends, the 2013 breakout trend might just be... phone apps! They are getting crazy popular and expected to get more so during the holidays.

As you might imagine Bodybuilding has been losing both popularity and purpose - Its amazing what bodybuilders can do, especially the all natural competitors, but is that really functional?
Functional training is P90X, its a Balanced workout that includes a cardiovascular and strength training.
You can use functional training to enhance your lifestyle, to strengthen an athlete, and to increase the metabolic process, physical strength, and energy output potential of almost anybody.
Functional Training is the future - its provides both the healthy looking and balance body composition, endurance, and health benefits to live long, to live healthy, and to live happy!

I think that 2013 will bring a continued focus on 'small group' training in both a Business setting (employee wellness) and in private gyms. Cost continues to be a primary consideration by many in making the decision to take on 'organized' fitness programming, and so small group training settings will continue to be a focus.

I think a main point will be moving toward wellness through social and healthy lifestyle.
