Hi Rick,

When you create an event on IDEA FitnessConnect and invite clients and leads, they receive an e-mail with the details and the link to view that event. The "open rate" refers to the percentage of people who opened that e-mail. There are no statistics for who responded to the event. We suggest adding a way for potential participants to contact you in the description of the event so that people have a way of signing up.

Please e-mail us at fitnessconnect@ideafit.com with any additional questions.

Thank you,

IDEA FitnessConnect
