What cross trainer shoe do you like to wear for class?
I lead 8-10 boot camp style classes per week and I'm always looking for the best cross trainer shoes. Ones with side to side stability and cushion in the fore foot for plyo. Any suggestions?

Barbara,
I am crazy about the Nike Free XT Motion Fit. It is a very light shoe with excellent stability for laterial movements and great cushion throughout the shoe for plyo.
Hope this helps.

Go to a specializing store for footwear. Have imprints take of your feet to assess them for the correct fit shoe (pronated/flat/neutral). These people will fit you with the right shoe for the right sport or activities that suite your lifestyle.

Whatever is comfortable to you and still allows excellent lateral motion and grip. I have Ecco, Adidas, and Under Armor right now.

Hello, Barbara!
I would like to add that before the class please don't forget strech yourselve and please don't forget to do modified-version class format.
About shoes it's a little bit complicated, too.You have to change them every other day to prevent fungus infection.
My advise - buy ordinary sports shoes 3 pair and keep them clean, and always, always modified your movement - you save your back, knee and hips!

Up to this point I have always bought Cross Trainers DMX from Reebok but I am rather annoyed that Reebok is sponsoring Cross Fit so I am looking for a new shoe

I'm partial to my old Adidas cross-trainers.
