What classes do you teach?
I have taught a wide range of fitness classes including weight training, cardio, cycling, yoga, youth fitness, adventure camps, outdoor training, military training, interval classes for corporations and at special and community events. I also personally developed Cardio Core, X-Spin, Enduro, Cardio yoga, Resistance yoga, SNC training, and numerous other classes.
My focus is primarily on Personal Training.

I offer personal training, outdoor and indoor boot camp training, obstacle course training, corporate fitness training, interval and crossfit style training, kettlebell/sandbag/battling rope training and I'm also a fitness instructor for an elite Special Anti-Terrorist Police unit. Also, I provide swimming instruction and I have developed a program that involves a combinaton of swimming and resistance interval training. I also teach battling rope classes.
