Hello Marc,
Copied from my IDEAFIT page:

Experienced.. AFAA, ACE and IDEA Certified with over 25 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry, “I have literally changed thousands of bodies”. From the smallest of programs to specialized performance regiments.
Applying proven techniques to transform my clients into the best shape of their lives.

Relentless.. You bet, I want you to fulfill the goals we set. Technique and proper form is only half the battle, once we master that we are well on our way to open the door for the new you.
Nutrition also plays a vital role too. The average person doesn’t take the time to really think about what they put in their body. I will break down the basics of nutrition and address different foods from ingredients to food labeling. “You are what you eat.”

Intense.. Absolutely, I will push you to your individual limits with a “safe” and “effective” program. Past injuries and limitations will always be addressed. We can work around these issues with a specialized program for functionality and mobility.

Professional.. Always, with age come integrity, dependability and reliability. I am not happy unless you’re satisfied with your results. I’ll take the word “die” out of “diet” and put “fun” in “functionality".

Sincerely,
Michael

I believe in paying one hundred percent of my attention on the client I am with.

I believe in challenging my clients within their abilities, to motivate them past certain points, to allow them the opportunity to see their successess without taking credit, after all, we as trainers are the providers of knowledge, we are the ones implementing the program, they are the ones doing the work!
