What are the SITS muscles at the rotator cuff? Which is the weakest and most often injured based on research?
Yes, the SITS muscles of the rotator cuff are the supraspinatous, infraspinatous, teres minor, and subscapularis. I'm not sure about which one is most often injured but I'm going to take an educated guess and say its the supraspinatous. Please let me know if this is correct.
