Question asked by Sergio Armenta 210 days ago
What are some good websites apart from ideafit.com to get some personal training resources?
I want to know about websites to stay updated on fitness trends, new fitness and nutrition tips and ideas and new exercises. Also websites for sports specific training and website to learn how to treat a client who comes for training and has had a recent injury.

Consider www.ptonthenet.com. They charge $11.50 per month or $115 per year but they provide a lot of resources across many different philosophies.

Eatright.org is one to add for nutrition info.
