Twelve Super Foods that will help you Loose Fat and Boost Your Health

Incorporate these foods into all or some of your meals and snacks in order to
Increase muscle and loose fat!

Nuts – especially Almonds

Beans & Legumes

Green Vegetables

Low Fat or Fat Free Dairy

Oatmeal

Eggs

Lean Meats

Peanut Butter – All Natural/Sugar Free

Olive Oil

Whole Grains

Extra – Protein (whey) Powder

Berries

Preferably not the instant oatmeal, oatmeal with bran I think might be better. Otherwise, yes! In the right amounts! May I add.. Green LEAFY Vegetables. Plenty of folic acid!

Actually you won't increase muscle by eating certain foods, muscle tissue is increased with exercise.

Also, portion control is a must! If I tell a client that it's ok to eat peanut butter, they'll eat half of the jar in one sitting....
