Training clients who are far away. I need quality exercise vid/pics. Any suggestions? giexercise.com or ptonthenet.com?
I am looking for a program (or website) to help me create and send an exercise program to clients that will need videos or pictures to go along with it. I have come across giexercise.com and ptonthenet.com that appear to have a program designer with pics/vids, but are they any good? Any other suggestions?
Hope this helps.
I wanted to follow up on your question from a few months ago and let you know that the

Also look into VHI Kits
They will cost you but solid program. Black and white pictures what I find is it works great its so simple and they have everything from geriatric library to weight training basic exercises. Sometimes keeping it simple is best for clients.
Both have options to change wording for great explanations as well as set and rep scheme.
Hope this is helpful
I can't release too much information on the topic, but IDEA will be releasing a similar program design tool in the next few months. This new tool will be a member benefit and since I see that you are a member, my advice to you would be to hang in there.
All the options will work; I already have and use VHI Kits.
