Haven't watched it yet but want to. Did you see it? What did you think of it?

It wasn't what I was expecting, but did get some good information out of it. It is something you would want to watch if you own your own gym or studio for sure.

Yes, I just watched it yesterday. It presented an interesting outlook, and I have to say I do believe it. I just wonder how it would work in a larger scale fitness center. We don't have a separate group exercise room to take over. Also, I'm very curious about HIS approach to creating a "standardized system".

Do you know if they are still offering the digital version of the repetitions for revenues, etc? I watched the 60 minute video and I extremely agree that semi-group training is the way to go. I had a One on One fitness business in Orange County for over 8 years and it was great, but it is challenging to grow, especially if you are one man warrior. You only have so much time in the day. Granted you make a lot of money training one on one clients, but after training 35 to 50 sessions per week and knowing what it feels like to have 70 hour work week, working 7 days per week, I think I want to leverage my time differently in this next business I am in the process of starting a new business in Portland, Oregon and this is the next business model that I am going to be taking from.
Thanks,
Kisar
