Sport Conditioning/Performance Certification?

Personal Training: Skills/TechniquesPersonal TrainingSports ConditioningFitness

I currently have NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist Credential which was a great course and credential, but I'm looking for another that is more hands on and geared to Sport Specific Movements. The only that I’ve come across so far is Ignite 360 (formerly Combine 360). Does any one know of anything similar to Ignite 360 or have taken a certification that they recommend? Thanks in advance.

As a trainer holding the CSCS credential, I have to agree with Bryan. I think that the CSCS certification is widely accepted among the sports conditioning world, highly respected and often required among the sports performance world (both collegiate and professional), and will serve you well in your career as it's research and continuing education is top-shelf.

My two-cents :-)

Hi Louis,

I agree with Bryan and LaRue. I too have the CSCS and I would highly recommend for the type of clients which you are looking to work with.

Best,
Harris
