proposal country club fitness center
I have been asked to submit a proposal to head the fitness center at a private country club in Pepper Pike, OH.
I have having a tough time formulating it. They want to know what I can bring to the program, what I would charge etc. Is there template for this kind of thing?
I would recommend taking a few moments to sit down with pen and paper and draft your thoughts on what types of services/programs they are interested in (have you asked them this question yet?), and how you can meet each of those needs. Second any discussions that you've had with them regarding numbers of participants would be helpful in your pricing model. I generally start by thinking of the amount that I want to make from the program and then figuring levels of participation and pricing for each level to get me to that amount.
Much more involved in all of this that we can "discuss" offline.
I hope that this helps and at least gets you started in the right direction. Again congratulations on the potential business!
Take a look at what type of services they already provide, who they promote themselves to, the area they're located and how you can help them improve upon these or add to these services. Why are they interested in having you write them up a proposal? If you can answer that question, then you have your proposal. What need are they looking for you to fill?
All the best
If you run a simple google search you will find a ton of templates. Just double-check and make sure that it includes everything you want in the proposal.
Best of luck,
