Hi Gloria. I do a fair amount of corporate wellness work (as a matter of fact, just returned from a corporate client :-) I think that what makes sense is to approach it from the perspective of 1. how much you need/want to make for your time, then 2. what is the minimum employee participation you expect/want. Then it simple math of dividing the total amount by the number of participants. This is how I would price a CLASS. However, if your question is about pricing an entire PROGRAM, then the computation and considerations are completely different in my opinion.
If we're talking program, there are many more components to take into consideration such as how extensive is the program (what are the program's components)? How are the charges being set-up (employee-only pay; company only pay; shared employee-company pay).? How large is the organization and thus how many expected participants? There are many, many other components as well but I hope that this at least gives you some food for thought.

Hello Gloria,
That all depends on the economy of the area and what will be offered. You will probably want to negotiate with the corporation, also.
I charge extra for distance communication and health risk assessment.
I believe the average price is somewhere in the range of $100 per person a year.
Take care.

Hi Gloria,
LaRue has some great points. It depends on what type of program you have in mind, class or full-scale wellness program. And then, what is your time and effort worth? Is it going to be a multiple hour/week deal for you or just a couple of hours/week? I have taught a couple of corporate classes and I charged them a flat rate/hr. This way I didn't have to worry how many peopple would show up and it worked very well.
Good luck,
Harris
