I was confronted with the same dilemma for my web site in my specialty MELT, and I decided to do my own. I did the pictures without any outside help through the use of a tripod and a flip video.

I did the exercises slowly in front of the video camera, and - after uploading it to my computer - created snapshots which I saved as pictures. Those you can crop and trim any way you want, and people told me how much they love to see me doing the exercises.

Once you have that established, you can do anything you want on your own and can get them just the way you want. It pays off very quicly because the equipment required is not very expensive.
