Personally, I would have a difficult time running after all that and would wait at least 2 hours before running. If you are time limited why not have the banana, go for a run, then eat breakfast. Everyone is different so you may feel comfortable within the hour.
Everyone is different as Robert suggested. Personally, I would go for my run before my breakfast. For me a cup of coffee will be enough prior to my running.
Im afraid to lose muscle mass thats why I have this meal before a jog but i wait like an hour before doing so.
Well I don't think you have to worry about losing muscle mass from just a short run without eating first. Not sure what you are basing this on. Eating before working out varies for everyone as mentioned earlier. I can run quicker than others after eating, depending on how much and what I eat. The worst that can happen is you have to slow down. Experiment and see what works for you.
