NESTA Fitness Nutrition Coach Certification?
National Exercise & Sports Trainers Assn. (NESTA)CertificationsAdvanced certifications/programsNutrition Coaching
Has anyone here taking this course? If so, what is your feedback? Does it teach strategies on applying the information to clients or is more based on the nutrition of science?
I took this course while I was finishing my master's degree in nutrition. I took the FNC course because friends were asking for nutrition coaching and I wanted to have some sort of certification before taking on nutrition clients. It was a great program. Basically a review of what I learned in my intro nutrition courses. Covers everything that a personal trainer can legally discuss with their clients, which is nutrition guidelines for generally healthy adults.
