Your insurance policy you currently have should include some contact information, phone number, website and maybe a renewal form as well. Fitness and Wellness also has great insurance!

Hi Gina. What you also may wish to consider when renewing your insurance policy is that this is the perfect opportunity to also take a critical look at your business operations from the past year to help you determine whether any changes in your insurance coverage is needed.

I find that many times with our insurance providers, we do NOT have a close business relationship with an actual person at the insurance company, but instead handle a lot of our business with them via email, fax or mail. So, at renewal time, our renewals are handled more or less "automatically," with no real thought or view towards how our coverage works with our "current or existing" business.

So, I highly recommend using that time of renewal to also take a look at your coverage, and even perhaps at other insurers to get quotes on what you need.
