Periorbital ecchymosis (Raccoon Eyes) is a sign of basal skull fracture. Make certain there has been NO trauma to the head!

One thing I would be concerned with is if she is starting to purge. Hemmoraging can occur as a result, and will show up as spots. Good luck in finding out!
